Main Purpose of the Data Entry Admin role:

Data entry across a variety of product attributes for all categories, as well as vendor contract organization.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.• Product attribute tagging• Product attribute outreach• Purchase Order Verification, internally• Site Navigation Tagging• PO Picture & VPI Uploading• Report Pulling, internally• Vendor Contract Organization Monitor

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:• Motivated, self-starter• Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines with a high volume of assignments• Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple assignments with competing deadlines• Impeccable attention to detail• Highly Organized• Strong Time Management

Minimum Qualifications:• Data entry experience• Firm understanding of garment construction, fabrications, fashion trends, and key items• Retail and/or ecommerce experience• Proficient in Gmail, excel, and online navigation

Minimum Qualifications:• College educated, preferred but not required• Quick and accurate typing skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $37,440 per year to $37,440 per year.
