Job Overview
Raw materials purchasing and ensure the on time delivery

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall fulfillment activities raw material purchasing and inventory management.
原材料采购和库存控制
- Create Purchase Orders to Suppliers for raw materials and get confirmation on time.
下订单给供应商并且及时拿到订单确认信息
- Communicate with planning team about material’s delivery schedules
和计划组及时沟通材料的交付情况
- Coordinate with forwarder and logistics team to ensure material arrive on time
和货代和物流组沟通确保材料的准时到达
- Maintain system information including AB, LA, etc to ensure SAP is running correctly and information is communicated effectively through system
在系统进行信息维护，关于订单交期的确认，在途信息的确认，确保SAP 系统的信息准确性
- PO management include pull in, push out, cancel & escalation
订单管理包括平常订单reschedule的工作，订单取消，订单PULL IN, PUSH OUT 等工作，包括缺料HIGHLIGHT的动作。
Qualifications Required:
- 2-5 years' experience in Purchasing or Planning role
采购或者采购计划2年到5年的工作经验
- Good English ability, both spoken and written.

- Detail Oriented, sensitive to numbers and strong analytical skills

- Excellent sense to SAP or ERP system and computer savvy. Ability to utilize digitization tools
