About the Role

IBM is a strategic growth vendor for TD SYNNEX across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our IBM portfolio, helping partners accelerate their digital transformation through innovative IBM solutions.
 

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the long-term business strategy and annual plans for IBM solutions and services across Europe.

  • Own the business P&L, managing revenue, profitability, budgets, investments, forecasts, and resource allocation.

  • Lead senior-level relationships with IBM, aligning strategic priorities and driving successful go-to-market execution.

  • Shape the future direction of the IBM hardware and software portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, target markets, and partner segments.

  • Drive commercial execution through effective management of pipeline, forecasting, partner development, renewals, strategic opportunities, and demand-generation activities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

  • Establish governance frameworks, performance reviews, accountability measures, and operating rhythms that support business objectives.

  • Provide senior leadership with clear forecasts, business insights, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, business development, business unit management, or operations within the IT industry.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions; experience with IBM software, infrastructure, services, or comparable vendor portfolios is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of managing P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, investments, and resource planning.

  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights and vendor strategies into actionable business plans.

  • Deep understanding of the European IT channel ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers, and vendor partnerships.

  • Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams across multiple functions, countries, or regions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior vendor, partner, and internal leadership audiences.

  • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
