We are looking for a Business Travel Planner to join an international team based in Iași. In this role, you will ensure that every business trip is planned efficiently, while delivering an excellent experience to internal stakeholders.
What you will do:
• Plan and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers and car rentals.
• Manage travel expenses while ensuring cost effective solutions.
• Support employees before and during their business trips.
• Handle travel changes, cancellations and urgent requests.
• Work closely with international teams to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Maintain accurate travel information and documentation.
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in a travel agency, business travel or a similar travel organization role.
• Fluent French, B2 to C1 level; Advanced English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
• A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
