About the Role
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the entire systems solution life-cycle for our internal business systems. This individual serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical solution providers in order to ensure requirements are captured and fully understood by technical teams before solutions are designed and implemented.
This role plays a critical part in transformational work by working closely with internal stakeholders to document business requirements, identify process improvements, tailor business systems dashboards, and measure and analyze the impact of initiatives.
The Business Systems Analyst is part of the Business Systems team and will work with other operations and technical roles such as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrators, and Rev Ops Analysts, NetSuite Administrators, NetSuite Developers and BackEnd Product Developers. This individual will support the lead to cash processes and all functional departments including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product.
Your Area of Focus
Requirements Gathering
- Drive system improvements through effective requirements elicitation, configuration, administration, development, and application support for our business systems
- Document stakeholder business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Communicate and document timelines, upcoming changes, and releases.
Project Management
- Define project scope, work plan, deliverables, timeline, and resources required.
- Lead cross functional teams to successfully complete projects.
- Plan and conduct end user testing (UAT) and change management with stakeholders.
- Establish and measure impact of project compared to baseline metrics.
Process Improvement
- Proactively identify stakeholder pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate working sessions to design current and future process flows (diagrams).
- Create and use reports to inform improvements and pain points in the business.
Your Professional Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- An individual who is a self-starter and adapts well to change
- Someone who is inquisitive, has attention to detail, and not afraid to implement best practice solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical peers
- Strong skills in facilitation and consensus-building
- Outstanding organization and multitasking skills

Remote Pay Range
$50,000—$60,000 USD
