Create and maintain process models and supporting documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Manage multiple concurrent documentation deliverables, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
Track deliverable status, stakeholder feedback, review cycles, and outstanding action items.
Collaborate with project managers, business leads, fellow analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to support program objectives.
Participate in structured governance processes, including deliverable reviews, approvals, change control, and risk and issue escalation.
Ensure completed documentation is accurate, consistent, and formally validated by appropriate stakeholders.
About You
You have 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, including at least three years of experience within the past seven years.
