POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the coordination of projects including the design, testing, documentation, training and implementation of customized business solutions to meet the requirements of the manufacturing, materials and quality teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for process and system enhancements through regular reviews and assessments of current business workflows.
- Business Process Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of business and system processes, the associated data, and the system functionalities that enable efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee multiple complex projects throughout the development lifecycle, including scope definition, timeline management, analysis support, requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, and implementation.
- Application Support: Assist staff in effectively utilizing deployed business applications.
- System Implementation and Maintenance: Assist with system implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead meetings and interviews with business users, external consultants, and subject matter experts to gather and document information for defining business processes, project scope, and impact assessments.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead acceptance testing for new systems and enhancements to ensure functionality meets detailed specifications.
- Travel: Up to 10%
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Post secondary education in a business or STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations environment
- Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle)
- Experience in project or change management is an asset.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and possesses initiative to seek improvements.
- Exceptional data problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, extremely organized, self-starter, detail oriented, strong computing, and facilitation skills.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000
Skills Required
