Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.
What a typical day looks like:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency by planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, milestones
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, delivering consultation to users related to automated systems
- Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
- Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Explore and define new methods and requirements by writing functional and technical specifications for developers and execute Global IT projects.
- Vast knowledge of business processes and procedures makes you a critical team-player driving assigned projects to their successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge, education background in Systems or industrial engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
- Experience and general knowledge of computerized databases, supply chain management and process guidelines.
- Demonstrates skills in functional/ technical area.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Communication, analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, team player, proactive, adaptable and always ready to learn.
- Ability to successfully follow up closure and complete projects assigned.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position or as a data analyst.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development
- Intermediate English Level.
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication skills
