Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a IT Data Analytics located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the IT Data Analytics´s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
• Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
• Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
• Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
• Experience with SharePoint content management and design.
• Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.

Key requirement: Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for reporting and dashboard development.
