Reporting to the IT Project Manager the IT Data Analytics´s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
- Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
- Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
- Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong experience developing dynamic dashboards using Tableau (preferred) and/or Power BI.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL query development.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Flex Flow databases.
- Experience with SharePoint content management and design.
- Experience working with computerized databases, process documentation, and guidelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
Key requirement: Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for reporting and dashboard development.
