As a Business Systems Analyst, Sr within PNC's Enterprise Architecture organization, you will be based in one of PNC's Technology Hub locations (Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix, AZ). Weekly time in the office is needed.

Experience working in financial services organizations, preferably in a vendor hosted application ecosystem.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in business process modeling and optimization techniques.
Certifications in Business Architecture, TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks is desirable but not required.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe Agile)

Taking a lead role in complex requirements analysis and documentation.
Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and various internal risk partners.
• Assist Enterprise Architects in the creation of strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support.
• Support the creation of strategic roadmaps that align with enterprise strategies, business objectives, enterprise standards, processes and methodologies.
Analyzing enterprise capabilities and IT opportunities in enterprise business processes; Identify and champion enterprise architecture improvements through the adoption of existing and new technologies.
Assisting Enterprise Architects and business and technology partners to drive business outcomes by providing optimum IT solutions and capabilities while mitigating risk.
Working with other enterprise architecture staff, experts and decision makers to accurately define client requirements; provides ongoing support for data, applications and system client requests.

Job Description

  • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
  • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .
  • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
  • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
