Position DetailsThe Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst & Specialist to join our National Transport Project Systems & CI team and take the lead in ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our transport and supply chain systems, with a key focus on the Blue Yonder Transport Management System (TMS).
Reporting to the National Transport Project Systems and CI Manager and acting as the primary subject matter expert, you’ll bridge business operations, project teams and IT to drive optimisation, cost efficiency, compliance and enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a systems-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Own the configuration, rule building and day-to-day management of the Blue Yonder TMS
Lead user training, adoption strategies and change management initiatives
Provide critical insights into freight costs, delivery performance and carrier analysis
Support transport optimisation through scenario modelling and solution design
Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues and champion high-quality standards
Coordinate system enhancements and national rollout of key transport frameworks
Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to drive performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance system capabilities and reduce manual processes
Drive continuous improvement and innovation through analytical problem solving
About You
You’re a proactive systems thinker and change agent, capable of translating technical complexity into practical solutions. You thrive on connecting the dots between data, systems and people to create meaningful business value.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience with TMS platforms (Blue Yonder, JDA TMS)
Deep understanding of transport and logistics operations
Strong business analysis, process improvement, and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with system configuration and end-user support
Ability to design dashboards and translate data into insights (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
A collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Bonus Points For
Experience with SQL and data lakes/warehouses
Exposure to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise platforms
Background in freight cost modelling and DIFOT analysis
Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, UFT, etc.)
Tertiary qualifications in Systems, Supply Chain, or Engineering
