Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing enterprise systems and operational workflows to ensure that training content accurately reflects system functionality and user requirements. This position requires close collaboration with product owners, system engineers, and operational stakeholders to translate software updates into functional training requirements. The Business Systems Analyst - Senior will ensure that training materials are aligned with production environments, maintaining operational relevance and accuracy within the broader enterprise program.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Analyze ARNG G6 enterprise systems and operational workflows to ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners and system engineers to translate software updates into functional training requirements.
- Develop process documentation, use cases, and task analyses to support curriculum development and instructional design.
- Validate the alignment between production environments and training materials for accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct impact analysis related to system changes and ensure training updates reflect approved capabilities.
- Support the delivery of training updates upon Government acceptance of new releases.
- Ensure training content accurately reflects system functionality and business processes.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather and refine training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in enterprise systems analysis within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven experience in analyzing enterprise systems to align system functionality with user requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop process documentation and use cases for instructional design.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate capability changes into functional requirements.
- Ability to support impact analysis and ensure training updates reflect new system releases.
