We are looking for a hands-on Financial Systems Analyst to support NetSuite and our other financial systems; requires deep NetSuite experience to support and evolve our financial systems ecosystem.This role is highly execution focused and partners closely with Finance, Revenue, Operations, and technical teams to resolve day-to-day issues, support complex accounting scenarios, assist with testing changes and new integrations, and improve overall system reliability.

It is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to data, understands accounting and revenue deeply, and wants to be a technical counterpart to business systems leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide hands-on NetSuite operational support including:

    • Sales order cancellations and corrections

    • Subscription and billing adjustments

    • Revenue and accounting fixes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite and integration errors with a strong understanding of downstream accounting impacts

  • Build and execute end-to-end testing scenarios that mirror real business use cases

  • Lead large-scale data cleanup initiatives using CSV imports, saved searches, mass updates, and workflows

  • Serve as an in-house expert on NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), supporting the Revenue and Accounting teams

  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, journal entries, SKU setup, and accounting configurations

  • Support hardware and software business models, including warehouse related configurations for Work Orders, Assembly Builds etc. (Light Manufacturing)

  • Troubleshoot issues related to integrated systems such as Coupa, Pigment, Maxima, Navan, and Spendflo.

  • Work with IT and external vendors when deeper technical support is required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands on NetSuite administration or consulting experience

  • Strong experience with:

    • Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Light Manufacturing, SuiteBilling

    • Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Solid accounting foundation (revenue recognition, journal entries, financial impacts)

  • Proven experience executing data cleanups and transactional fixes in production environments

  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with autonomy and accountability

  • Ability to explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • NetSuite Administrator certification

  • Experience with CSV imports, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics

  • Exposure to SuiteScript (hands-on or partner-supported)

  • Experience supporting hardware businesses or warehouse configurations

  • Experience with NetSuite integrations beyond core finance
