Provides technical support for payment devices, printers, scanners, POS systems, and related peripherals. Troubleshoots hardware, connectivity, networking, firmware, drivers, and compatibility issues; configures devices; documents cases in CRM and ticketing systems; manages tickets and SLAs; and communicates solutions clearly to nontechnical clients. Requires customer-focused problem solving, English and Spanish fluency, and collaboration with escalation teams.

Own and mature the application security program, including scanning pipelines, vulnerability management, secure PR reviews, penetration testing, threat modeling, AI/ML security testing, and container security. Define program metrics, establish reporting baselines, and communicate security health to executives. Partner with developers, infrastructure, DevOps, and external testing vendors while independently prioritizing findings and driving remediation.

Build and maintain Salesforce production code as part of an Agile Scrum team. The associate engineer will fix scoped bugs, implement Apex and Lightning Web Components changes, write unit tests, use Git and Jira, and move releases through sandbox, UAT, and production with Gearset. The role includes learning Salesforce development practices, participating in sprint ceremonies, using AI coding assistants responsibly, and joining shared on-call and deployment rotations.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify business opportunities. Build and manage a lead pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, report on outreach performance, collaborate with sales on account strategies, and tailor outreach based on industry trends and customer needs. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong interpersonal skills, independence, and a results-driven mindset.

Own the end-to-end onboarding for enterprise and mid-market multi-location clients, managing technical configuration, integrations, timelines, stakeholder communications, testing, documentation, and KPIs to ensure successful POS activation and client adoption.

Designs and develops self-paced eLearning courses from storyboard to LMS publishing. Creates scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments; partners with SMEs and content strategists; updates courses for accuracy and process changes; applies adult learning principles and instructional design models to improve learner engagement and quality.

Own the Merchant Dashboard product strategy, roadmap, information architecture, interaction patterns, personalization, and monetization surfaces. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver scalable solutions. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive offerings, and product data to identify opportunities. Lead experimentation, prioritize initiatives, communicate product vision, and advocate for merchant needs across the organization.

Supervise and mentor helpdesk staff, ensure SLA adherence and schedules, handle escalations/ticket surges, run regular 1:1s and regional meetings, collaborate with tech teams to improve processes and ticket quality.
