General Responsibilities
Arranges the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Key participant in identifying gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner
Organizes the system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities span full lifecycle of labeling solutions: discovery, design, build, testing, and validation.
Requires deep expertise in Loftware Spectrum 4.x, Oracle EBS print flows, and cross‑functional process mapping.
Emphasizes strong integration skills across SQL Server/Oracle DB, scripting languages, and data transformation.
Focus on traceability, regulated validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and root‑cause analysis for print/integration issues.
Supports end‑to‑end operational reliability across WMS, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Shipping functions.
Required Qualifications
Strong requirements elicitation/documentation and stakeholder facilitation
Hands-on Loftware Spectrum 4.x (design, rules, deployment)
Solid Oracle EBS knowledge for labeling/print flows (e.g., WMS/INV/OM/MFG) and integration patterns
Barcode standards: GS1; symbologies 1D/2D (QR, DataMatrix)
Databases & scripting: SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) + JavaScript/VBScript/Loftware formulas
Experience planning and executing SIT/UAT with full traceability
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred / “Nice to Have”
Oracle Global Label Management experience
Regulated industry background (Automotive/Manufacturing; familiarity with GS1, GTL, VDA, AIAG, OTL labeling standards)
Printer ecosystems (Zebra, SATO, Datamax) and ZPL expertise
Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps for label assets, Git-based versioning, and environment promotion
Participation in IQ/OQ/PQ validation and audit support
Experience supporting production in 24x5 or multi-site manufacturing/logistics.
