Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to validate the functionality and performance of IT solutions. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Ensure that test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of IT solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and user training. Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes. Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and system procedures to support end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams, acting as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and solutions. Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project plans and future enhancements.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and their impacts on business operations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance business operations and IT service delivery. Identify and implement best practices for business analysis and systems improvement to drive operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for business and IT management, detailing project status, progress, and key metrics.
