Do you have experience working with investments such as fixed income instruments, stocks, derivatives, real estate, or perhaps investment accounting or performance, and enjoy learning about technology and finding solutions?  If so, we would love to speak with you about joining the ITS Investment Services team as a Business Systems Analyst 1, where you will help connect business needs with practical technology solutions for the Investments and Accounting user community. Under the direction of the ITS Investments Business Analyst supervisor, this role supports business teams through research, analysis, documentation, testing, training and solution development that help the organization manage its business more effectively.  We are looking for a creative analytical collaborator to join our team.

Compensation:

$76,458 - $91,749

Work Schedule:

8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (Onsite)

General Summary:

Under the direction of a supervisor, Business Systems Analysis, provide support to business support teams and users through research and development of technology solutions that enable the Investments and Accounting user community to manage their business more effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Investments and Accounting user community, under the guidance of senior analysts, to develop systems enhancements and resolve production problems.

  • Document specifications, requirements, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information.

  • Provide test scripts and follow full testing methodology through development and implementation to ensure that quality goals are met.

  • Provide training for users on functionality of new systems and enhancement in releases of existing systems.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or information systems required.

  • One to three years relevant analysis and programming experience preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate extremely well with cross-functional teams and business partners required. 

  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL query tools skills preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while meeting deadlines with minimal direct supervision required.
