We are looking for a Business Support Specialist, SAP Sales & Logistics to join our Pulp Supply Chain Tools & Process team in the UPM Fibres business area.

What you will do
You will join the Pulp Tools & Processes organization, which leads process development, digitalization, and decision-support solutions. The team steers the commercial, operational IT and digitalization portfolio and owns key business systems (including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA ERP, SAP IBP for Planning, SAP TM, Salesforce CRM, and more) in our Pulp business. The Business Support Specialist, SAP Sales & Logistics, plays a critical role in this ecosystem as it combines expertise in supply chain processes, solution development, and end-user support.
More concretely, you will:
Serve as the primary support resource to end users for SAP SD and SAP TM in our end-to-end S/4HANA environment
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across sales, customer service, distribution logistics, transportation planning/execution
Coordinate and execute UAT cycles, support regression testing, and prepare release notes
Train end users and develop or verify high-quality training materials, job aids, standardized work instructions, and business/technical documentation with focus on AI utilization
Apply AI tools actively in daily support tasks and contribute to the modernization of the processes by identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows, and embedding intelligent solutions
Support quality of execution of master data processes related to customers, materials, routes, transportation lanes, partners, and logistics attributes
Research, evaluate, and support new functionality, platform enhancements, and system change requests
Collaborate closely with a global network of solution/process owners, IT service teams, 3rd-party vendors, and implementation partners
Participate in large- and small-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Pulp sales and supply chain organization
Support and troubleshoot EDI, RFID-enabled workflows, and system integrations across trading partners and logistics providers
Help drive end-user adoption of SAP Fiori apps and modern user experience tools
Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in solution development, implementation, or support
You have strong hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA ERP, SAP TM and SAP Fiori
You understand end-to-end sales, distribution, transportation, and supply chain processes
You have a proactive, hands-on mindset and enjoy solving problems and making things happen
You can bridge the gap between Business and IT and enjoy supporting diverse end-user communities
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
You have experience with EDI, RFID, or integration troubleshooting is a strong advantage
