Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Boca Raton office
• Support Financial Professionals with client service and business development
• Support and manages CRM processes for financial professionals by optimizing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing client relationship processes  
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Develop and implement efficient business processes
• Foster collaborative relationships across the team
• Embrace challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Curious and eager to learn the financial services industry
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic about leveraging modern technology to drive results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to grow and expand role within the firm
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business support or development roles

Base Range: $65,000 - $80,000
