Als Business Support Coordinator (w/m/d) bist du Teil unseres Front Office-Teams, der zentralen Schnittstelle für Vertrieb, Marketing und Administration. Wir sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Standort Darmstadt und unterstützen unsere internationalen Kolleg*innen. Deine Aufgaben
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen am Telefon und Besuchermanagement
- Verwaltung und Beschaffung von Büro- und Standortmaterialien
- Reisebuchungen inkl. Unterlagen und Visa
- Unterstützung bei der Zeiterfassung und Mitarbeit beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
- Organisation von Messen und Firmenevents inkl. Nachbearbeitung z.B. von Leads
- Erstellung einfacher Reports und Vertretung der Kollegen bei Abwesenheit
Dein Profil
- Organisationstalent mit Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
- Erfahrung in administrativen oder vertriebsnahen Tätigkeiten von Vorteil
