As a Paralegal in the Office of the Secretary team, you will play a vital role in supporting Board operations and governance processes. You will collaborate closely with senior management and directors, ensuring seamless organization and compliance. This role offers exposure to high-level corporate topics and opportunities for professional development.
Job responsibilities
- Organize and prepare Board meetings, including logistics and calendar management.
- Support the preparation and distribution of agendas, board packs, and meeting materials.
- Provide meeting support and follow-up, including guest management, attendance tracking, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate corporate governance filings with commercial registers in Germany and EMEA.
- Act as the contact person for external service providers assisting with filings for JPMSE branches in EMEA.
- Manage updates to corporate governance documents and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Coordinate Board member changes and ensure administrative onboarding.
- Handle internal and external audit requests, providing necessary information.
- Serve as the single point of contact with the notary's office for JPMSE matters.
- Manage administrative topics, including invoicing, travel, and expenses.
- Request notarial certificates and handle powers of attorney.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated professional experience as a paralegal.
- Experience working with senior management.
- Fluency in German and English.
