Job Responsibilities
- Run Report for Daily Shipped Sales, Monthly Shipped Sales, Weekly Shipped Sales
- Weekly Exchange rate (for IT as well)
- Book Sales – every month end
- Launch Buying Preparations (Masterfile – For E-Launch Portal)
- Launch Buying Coordination (Caterings, Room Reservations, replenish snacks & drinks)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and some knowledge in SAP would be advantageous
- Available for a 3 month period till August
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with effective communication skills
- Excellent collaboration, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Work independently and as a team
- Accuracy and meticulous to details
