Biznes İstiqamətləri üzrə Əməliyyatlar Meneceri olaraq Sizin vəzifə öhdəlikləriniz:
- Biznes istiqamətləri üzrə əməliyyat fəaliyyətlərinə nəzarət;
- Biznes sahələri üzrə performans göstəricilərinin (KPI) izlənməsi və təhlili;
- Əməliyyat effektivliyinin artırılması üçün proseslərin optimallaşdırılması;
- Büdcə icrasına nəzarət və maliyyə nəticələrinin monitorinqi;
- Risklərin müəyyən edilməsi və qarşısının alınması üçün tədbirlərin görülməsi;
- Müxtəlif biznes sahələri arasında koordinasiyanın təmin edilməsi;
- Yeni tətbiq olunan qərar və strategiyaların icrasına nəzarət;
- Rəhbərliyə mütəmadi fəaliyyət və performans hesabatlarının təqdim edilməsi;
- Rəhbər tərəfindən verilən bu və digər tapşırıqların icrası.
Vəzifənin tələbləri:
- Biznes və ya İdarəetmə sahəsi üzrə ali təhsil;
- Proses, Əməliyyatlar, Biznesin İnkişafı sahəsində minimum 3 il təcrübə;
- Liderlik, analitik və davamlı inkişaf xüsusiyyətlərinə sahib olmaq;
- Məsuliyyətli, sistemli və nəticəyönümlü çalışma bacarığı;
- Stress və təzyiq altında işləmək, güclü kommunikasiya bacarıqları;
- Müxtəlif növ əməliyyatlara eyni anda fokuslana bilmək;
- Telekommunikasiya və rəqəmsal texnologiya sahəsindən anlayış;
- Satış, maliyyə, satınalma, logistika, hüquqi prinsiplərdən anlayış;
- Azərbaycan və ingilis dillərini səlis bilmək, Rus dilini yaxşı bilmək üstünlükdür;
- MS Ofis - proqramlarının və çevik alətlərin (xüsusilə MS Project və MS Excel və MS Visio və MS Power Point), süni intellekt qabaqcıl istifadəçisi olmaq.

Your main job responsibilities as a Business Streams Operations Manager
- Oversee operational activities across business streams;
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas;
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Monitor budget execution and track financial performance;
- Identify operational risks and implement preventive and mitigation measures;
- Ensure effective coordination and collaboration across different business streams;
- Oversee the implementation of newly introduced decisions and strategic initiatives;
- Prepare and present regular operational and performance reports to management;
- Perform these and other duties as assigned by management.
Your job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Management, Operations, or Business Development;
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset;
- Responsible, well-organized, and results-oriented approach to work;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong communication skills;
- Ability to manage and focus on multiple operational activities simultaneously;
- Understanding of the telecommunications and digital technology industries;
- Knowledge of sales, finance, procurement, logistics, and legal principles;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; proficiency in Russian is considered an advantage;
- Advanced user of MS Office applications and agile tools, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in the use of artificial intelligence tools.
