Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects involving strategic research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regulatory insights that support product office objectives.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders by identifying emerging industry trends, market shifts, client needs, competitive developments, and regulatory changes that may impact State Street's products, services, and growth priorities.
Structure and deliver executive-level presentations, including strategic assessments, market studies, business cases, and industry reports.
Lead complex, hypothesis-driven research initiatives by synthesizing information from multiple sources and translating findings into actionable insights, strategic options, and recommendations for decision-makers.
Drive the development of thought leadership content by collaborating with subject matter experts to produce insights on industry trends, market developments, regulatory themes, and evolving client expectations.
Develop structured strategic narratives and executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate research findings, strategic implications, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution, high-quality outputs, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Skills & Knowledge
Qualification & Certifications
14+ years’ experience in investment management/ servicing industry or, in general, financial services industry, MBA/CFA/CA preferable
Prior experience working with consulting companies or in internal corporate strategy teams working with the C-suite
Strong expertise in applying structured problem-solving approaches, consulting frameworks, and research methodologies to address complex business challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling narratives, structured analysis, and recommendations.
Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments across the financial services ecosystem.
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while managing multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Good knowledge of investment management/servicing industry
Excellent proficiency with MS Office, including structuring, charting and visualization
Experience with producing content for and presenting to the executive-level
