Why this role exists
Strong hiring starts before an interview is booked. Trading 212 needs a sourcing capability that can find scarce talent, earn a response, and produce candidates who succeed downstream. This role is responsible for building that capability for business hiring.
How you will work
You will understand the role, map the market, construct the search, write the outreach, and use response and progression data to improve the result. You will work with the recruiter from the initial brief through candidate handover and change the search when the evidence shows that the approach is off track.
What you will own
• Market maps and direct searches for priority business roles
• Personalised outreach to passive candidates across LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other channels
• Initial qualification of candidate interest, availability, and basic fit, followed by a clear handover to the recruiter
• Reviewing response, positive-response, and screen conversion to improve targeting and messaging
Evidence we are looking for
• Hands-on sourcing experience or exceptional evidence that you can master the craft quickly
• Search strategies and Boolean logic you constructed yourself
• Outreach you wrote and improved based on the quality of the responses
• A pipeline you built from scratch for a difficult role, including what failed and what you changed
• Numerical ownership of response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion
• Strong written English, disciplined follow-up, and the willingness to challenge a weak search premise
The opportunity
You will help establish the sourcing practice, work directly with recruiters and decision-makers, and can move into broader sourcing or full-cycle responsibility as you deliver.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.

Skills Required
- Hands-on sourcing experience or exceptional evidence of the ability to master sourcing quickly
- Experience constructing search strategies and Boolean logic
- Experience writing and improving candidate outreach based on response quality
- Experience building a candidate pipeline from scratch for difficult roles
- Ability to track response, positive-response, screen, and downstream conversion metrics
- Strong written English
- Disciplined follow-up
- Willingness to challenge weak search premises
- Ability to work remotely from Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain
