About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic Finance and Distribution initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end analytical solutions that help drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and support key financial outcomes.
Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will partner closely with Finance, Distribution, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders
- Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making
- Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency (EA) and Distribution initiatives
- Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses
- Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions
- Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical priorities
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while effectively managing priorities and timelines
- Research market trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for business performance and strategic planning
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities

- Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting methodologies
