About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic Finance and Distribution initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end analytical solutions that help drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and support key financial outcomes.

Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will partner closely with Finance, Distribution, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders
  • Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
  • Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct performance measurement, trend analysis, and financial impact assessments for Exclusive Agency (EA) and Distribution initiatives
  • Support advanced analytics projects, including predictive, prescriptive, and scenario-based analyses
  • Gather, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create scalable reporting solutions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Distribution, Technology, and other business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytical priorities
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support project plans, agile initiatives, and analytical roadmaps while effectively managing priorities and timelines
  • Research market trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for business performance and strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities

RequirementsRequirements
  • Experience in business analytics, reporting, finance analytics, data analysis, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights
  • Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting methodologies
  • Ability to perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization tools is preferred
  • Understanding of financial reporting, business performance measurement, or distribution analytics is a plus
