Business Solution Specialist, Private Wealth & Institutional Business

The Business Solution Specialist leverages a deep, real‑time understanding of the market landscape to identify product gaps and growth opportunities. You will independently drive end‑to‑end solution projects — from research and concept validation through go‑to‑market execution and post‑launch optimisation—acting as the bridge between client needs and cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, Risk, Ops, Marketing).

Responsibilities

Product & Solution Development

  • Perform forward‑looking market‑landscape scans (macro trends, asset‑class flows, regulatory shifts, competitor moves).
  • Translate insights into product concept notes, P&Ls, and risk‑return analyses for equities, derivatives, structured products, funds, and digital assets.
  • Serve as a project manager with minimum supervision from the business side, and work closely with owner of the entire solution‑project lifecycle,  to manage scope, resources, and deliverables.

Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Coordination

  • Lead cross‑functional launch squads; establish timelines, test plans, and readiness checklists.
  • Serve as single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring decisions are data‑driven and market‑aligned.

Client‑Experience Enhancement

  • Map Private Wealth & Institutional Business client journeys; prioritise platform and workflow improvements that reflect evolving investor behaviour.
  • Partner with Data & marketing teams to define and track adoption, revenue‑lift, and NPS metrics.

Process & Governance Optimisation

  • Document and refine SOPs for product approval, exception handling, and lifecycle management.
  • Establish clear SOP for cross‑departmental activities and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Produce concise market‑insight briefings and project updates for senior leadership.
  • Represent the team in product meetings and external vendor / exchange discussions.

Requirements

  • Deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of the capital‑markets landscape—trading venues, product structures, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments across Asia‑Pacific and major global hubs.
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on, independent solution‑project management in a broker‑dealer, private bank, or asset‑management environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; CFA/FRM a plus.
  • Strong analytical toolkit (financial modelling, market sizing, data visualisation).
  • Excellent communication skills—able to distil market complexity into clear action plans for C‑suite and front‑office teams.
  • Possess at least business proficiency in Mandarin
