Capabilities
- Make recommendations for standard operating procedures (SOP) across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise.
- Apply process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization of projects.
- Document configuration requirements, business rules, functional and system requirements.
- Leverage industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs using COTS tools.
- Enables transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
- Perform activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
- Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Assists in defining and documenting a capability delivery roadmap that defines the functionality details and sequence from the Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Final Operating Capability (FOC) sequence.
- Participates with the integrated product team (IPT) and other stakeholders to establish trade-off criteria, process gap analysis, and document potential solutions that maximize the use of existing COTS tool functionality
- Assists in defining and documenting configuration requirements, business rules, functional and system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years experience conducting BPR activities is required.
- Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT intergration programs is required.
