What You Will Do

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with GBS and IT stakeholders to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and performance outlooks.

Lead Monthly Closings: Drive monthly closing processes, analyze deviations, and follow up on KPI development to implement corrective actions.

Influence and Inspire: Partner with the business to influence decisions that enhance performance and drive growth.

Deliver Comprehensive Insights: Offer full value chain insights to GBS and IT stakeholders, acting as a holistic business partner to meet their needs.

Support Strategic Decisions: Provide financial calculations and insights to support key decision-making processes.

Challenge and Innovate: Systematically challenge business assumptions and decisions to foster innovation and productivity.

Oversee Financial Processes: Manage budgeting, costing processes, and ensure seamless month, quarter, and year-end closings.
Who You Are
-
University degree in Business, Economics or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years in Finance & Controlling, preferably in an international environment.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP and PowerBI.

Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build trust and influence across diverse cultures and disciplines.

Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
