Global Banking (GB) Business Resiliency’s mission is to continuously improve our businesses’ ability to provide outstanding products and services to our customers in the event of any disruption. The Resiliency Team provides guidance and governance as business stakeholders develop their Business Resiliency Plans.
As a Business Resiliency Manager in our Global Banking team, you will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our business resiliency strategy. You are part of the Global Business Resiliency team that drives organizational preparedness, ensuring our critical business services are ready to withstand and recover from disruptive events. You work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and foster a culture of resiliency. You help us stay ahead of industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements. You play a key role in shaping our approach to risk management and business continuity.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of business resiliency strategies aligned with local regulatory requirements and industry’s best practices
- Contribute to the deployment and enhancement of the Operating Framework, including business continuity planning and testing
- Conduct risk and impact assessments of business processes, identifying vulnerabilities and establishing controls
- Serve as a primary contact for business leaders and key stakeholders within India and the Philippines, providing guidance on resiliency matters
- Assist with the creation of executive-level reporting on resiliency risks, performance, and control effectiveness
- Champion a culture of resiliency through awareness, training, and best practices
- Participate in incident response planning and execution.
- Partner with Global Banking Resiliency team member in Singapore to provide back-up support for the broader APAC footprint.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in business resiliency, risk management, or controls.
- Ability to work on concurrent projects that require both collaborative and independent efforts
- Effective with both verbal and written communication to various levels in the organization
- Experience with analyzing and summarizing data to translate findings into executive summaries
