We are currently seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the execution of our AI-driven product and services with Responsible AI principles at the centre.
This individual will align with business leaders, ensuring their strategic roadmap is understood and communicate to the stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for ensuring execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering graduate/post-graduate with 15 years of experience in developing, delivering and managing IT solutions.
Minimum of 4-8 years of development experience
Significant, recent experience dedicated to AI/ML-powered products, with a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, models, and development cycles.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrable, hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts and frameworks
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and prototyping.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.) and GCP (Vertex, Gemini LLM etc.).
Understanding the ethical considerations of AI, including fairness, accountability, transparency (XAI - Explainable AI), privacy, and security
Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards for AI products.
Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept ideation and requirements definition to launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous iteration. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, create detailed user stories, and define precise acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure alignment on product strategy and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success.
Mentorship and Practice Development: Act as a mentor, fostering best practices in product management and contributing to the overall maturity of the product organization.
