Role Overview

The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing strong partnerships with Geeks on Site’s business clients. You’ll act as the bridge between our partners and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence, solving problems in real time, and helping drive growth through partner success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about delivering results.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners. ● Regularly connect with partners to review performance and explore new opportunities. ● Conduct strategic check-ins to identify operational and growth opportunities. ● Gather feedback to drive service improvements and strengthen collaboration.

Onboarding & Partner Support ● Conduct onboarding calls for new partners and guide them through CRM processes and order workflows. ● Be a proactive point of contact for partners — resolving inquiries, requests, and operational challenges quickly and effectively

Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance ● Own the resolution of complaints and escalations with a partner-first mindset. ● Work closely with customers, dispatch, and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed successfully.

Reporting & Coordination ● Act as the central liaison between Dispatch and partners to keep information flowing smoothly. ● Generate and analyze weekly performance reports, KPIs, and service quality metrics. ● Prepare partner performance summaries and visuals for leadership presentations.

Administrative & Billing Oversight ● Monitor and update orders in Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy and timely completions. ● Prepare invoices and coordinate with the billing team to ensure partners are billed accurately and on time.

💻 Hard Skills / Technical Skills

● Zoho CRM (or similar) management and reporting ● KPI tracking and performance analytics ● Excel / Google Sheets reporting and reconciliation ● Invoice preparation and billing coordination ● Data accuracy and auditing ● Dashboard creation and reporting visualization ● SOP documentation and partner training material preparation ● Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) ● Internal communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.) ● Bilingual communication (English–Spanish strongly preferred)

🎓 Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). ● 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner Relations (preferably in tech, services, or logistics). ● Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required; Spanish a plus. ● Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems preferred. ● Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and execute with urgency.
