Are you a people person who loves making connections and helping others? We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our NDIS services across Brisbane.
You’ll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our NDIS services
- Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process
- Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
- Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)
- Working with our internal teams to make sure new clients are matched with the right care and services
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community work
- Confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships
- Motivated and organised – someone who follows up and gets things done
- Comfortable using systems and keeping accurate records (we use a CRM)
- A willingness to learn about Home Care if you’re new to the sector

You’ll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus!
