- Respond to customer emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner
- Review monitoring and red-flag reports that identify potentially problematic agents and/or applications
- Demonstrate comfort working with numbers and data, including reviewing reports, identifying patterns, and providing basic analysis and insights related to agent activity and behavior
- Manage BQR inbox and manage communication to stakeholders
- Respond to sensitive inquiries with the highest sense of urgency, discretion, and appropriate escalation
- Act as a point of contact to coordinate information flow between internal teams and external partners as required
- Track, update, and communicate regular and ad-hoc reports, metrics and key indicators
- Review, update, and draft internal communications and process documentation
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Review, update, and communicate regular and ad-hoc reports, metrics and key indicators to internal stakeholders
- Track, update, and communicate regular and adhoc reporting and metrics
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed to support team priorities and bsuiness operations
- Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer by maintaining procedural guides and documentation
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of industry related experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow the trail of details to determine patterns, anomalies and be able to critically analyze large data sets.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (both written and verbal) to a wide variety of stakeholders and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to learn, use and apply “tools” (software, spreadsheets, PC and Mainframe software etc.) as needed
- A self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Salary Range:
$43,000.00 - $63,000.00
The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
