Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Business Quality Control Representative to join our dynamic team in our Edgewood, NY office. This role is in our Customer Communication Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail, and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications. In this role, you will engage in monitoring emails, job queues, and manual requests which require quality control task/review to be performed within a set timeline. You will be expected to be able to perform duties within more than one process/product, and utilize multiple platforms. Some reporting at a basic level will also be involved.

This is a temporary contract role expected to last approximately 12 months, with the potential to go permanent. The work hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday, with some overtime expected. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor the quality of electronic and printed documents (for Proxies and Transfer Agent), ensuring accuracy of spelling, names, and other information

  • Utilize web and mainframe applications to do proper quality testing

  • Interact effectively with various departments to provide feedback on review results on a timely manner

  • Follow department procedures to ensure quality work on all tasks

  • Assist in the development of new procedures for quality assurance and offer suggestions for improvement

  • Provide timely analysis and feedback to management/ peers regarding potential issues

  • Responsible for ensuring all review productivity is accurately and timely logged into SharePoint and/or shared server folder locations

  • Maintain 100% accuracy on all quality control or audit processes conducted
     

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to multitask between reports and processes

  • High attention to detail relating to spelling and grammar, and dedication to maintaining 100% accuracy

  • Proofreading experience a plus, but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in office 2 days per week, at our Edgewood, NY location

  • Dedicated workspace at home (for remote days) that allows for focus and space for multiple monitors

  • Ability to work some overtime, especially during the months of March, April, and May

The compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
