About the Role
This role supports the delivery of complex initiatives by managing projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation through go‑to‑market and product development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while enabling more proactive, data‑driven ways of working. The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, governance, and the effective use of automation and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Initiative owner with the delivery of assigned projects on schedule, budget and scope
- Managing all phases of the project through the go to market/Product Development process
- Communicating with all stakeholders ensuring project status, schedule variances and mitigation options are clearly articulated
- Maintaining project documentation as appropriate – Project Initiation Documentation, Comms Plans, Delivery plans ect.
- Managing any project changes through change control processes
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to minimise impact on project delivery
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
- Leading cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables

- Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
