Job vacancy: Business Project Lead

By joining the team, your responsibility will be to identify, coordinate and execute Strategic SBU projects with regards to Wealth Management and Digital Solutions that enhance business performance, client experience and organizational effectiveness business development and customer value proposition activities in order to help the Private Wealth Management SBU achieve its strategic orientations.

In this role you will,

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects identified by Management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution and successful outcomes;

  • Proactively identify, evaluate and champion new business, operational, digital and client-centric initiatives that support the growth and strategic ambitions of the PWM SBU and the Bank;

  • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define strategic priorities, translate them into actionable initiatives and establish appropriate success measures and KPIs;

  • Facilitate engagement forums, workshops and strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation, identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the value proposition for Private and Affluent clients;

  • Drive the development of business cases, project charters, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps, ensuring clear articulation of objectives, benefits, risks, resource requirements and timelines;

  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and proactively escalate risks, issues and opportunities to ensure effective decision-making and successful project delivery.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of

EITHER

  • Bachelor’s degree in either finance, Business Management, or a related field;
  • A master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage; 
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in Wealth Management, Business Consulting, Project Management, and/or other related fields.
  • Additional experience in Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence would be an advantage 
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project Management, business planning, financial analysis and the delivery of strategic initiatives; 
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial drivers, data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.

OR

  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Wealth Management, Business Consulting, Project Management and/or other related fields.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Wealth Management, Business Consulting, Project Management, or related fields
  • Alternatively, minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Wealth Management, Business Consulting, Project Management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, project management, business planning, financial analysis, and delivering strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience or familiarity with data analytics and artificial intelligence
  • Valid Certificate of Character (less than 3 months) provided during recruitment
  • Two professional references provided during recruitment
