Provide registrar and transfer agent back-office support: maintain investor registers, process corporate actions and entitlements, handle enquiries, prepare operational and regulatory reports, manage mailing and proxy processes, archive documents, and support audit confirmations and stock level monitoring within SLAs.

Act as a trusted finance partner to assigned SBUs by preparing monthly management reports and annual budgets, analyzing financial performance, setting KPIs, supporting strategy and projects, designing cost allocation methods, collaborating with FP&A, and driving continuous improvements in reporting and performance management.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformation projects for the Private Wealth Management SBU, identifying and championing business, digital and client-centric initiatives; develop business cases, governance, KPIs, manage stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and improve client experience and business performance.

Coordinate analysis and reporting of traded risk and accounting data. Certify daily P&L and FX positions, substantiate balance sheet, prepare valuation, client, management and regulatory reports, oversee market data governance, investigate control breaches, support stress testing and risk simulations, and participate in system upgrades and change initiatives.
