About the role:
You will drive strategic (cross-category) programs/initiatives belonging to the Commercial Excellence area, with the responsibility of the planning, governance and overseeing the successful execution and delivery of the program’s/initiative’s targets.
Location
The role can be based either in Susegana or Stockholm.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate strategic activities/initiatives/projects/programs from initial idea through CPs, ensuring a good opportunity definition, stakeholder involvement, governance definition.
- Follow up on program/initiative action plan to manage deviations and identify potential risks that might affect the program results.
- Continuously develop and manage risk mitigation plan in collaboration with other functions. Properly evaluate and escalate risks/issues to Program Governance Board/Steering Committee at early stage, to minimize negative impact on the business.
- Ensure continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and drive amendments to modify the program in order to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
- Monitor program performance on a regular basis and identify ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance. Ensure program alignment with Scope, Cost, Quality, Schedule and Risk.
- Keep all stakeholders well informed and engaged to proceed effectively, by leading recurrent alignment meetings and ad hoc cross functional discussions. Report to Program Governance Board/Steering Committee.
- Force conclusion and assign deadlines according to program timeline and business needs.
- Identify, foster and spread best practices across categories and sponsor continuous improvement in PL in liaison with Category Directors, Category Managers & other key stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions within BA LT and provide support for strategic presentations preparation.
- Act as point of reference in PL for Sustainability topics, participating to meetings/discussions with EU Sustainability Leads/Squad.

The annual gross base salary starts from €67,425.00, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
