Your Responsibilities:
- Own the opportunity-to-experiment lifecycle: Proactively identify, size, and validate key opportunities to improve pet sitter acquisition, gating, utilization, and satisfaction. Translate these opportunities into clear, executable roadmaps and experiment designs (e.g., A/B tests).
- Drive cross-functional execution: Partner closely with teams across Product, Data Science, and Lifecycle to design, implement, and analyze experiments aimed at improving sitter and owner retention and experience for international countries.
- Support revenue forecasting inputs (repeat bookings, average basket value, etc.) by analyzing input metrics and collaborating with the financial planning and analytics team.
- Collaborate with the localization team to drive tangible product and marketing localization improvements based on market insights and clear business cases.
- Lead investment alignment and goal-setting: Drive investment discussions with cross-functional partners and ensure teams are executing against quarterly goals and annual strategy, focused on measurable outcomes and learning.
- Proactively communicate performance updates, experiment results, and key learnings to stakeholders, clearly articulating the business impact of your work.
Your Qualifications:
- High fluency in English (C2) is a must. This is the official Rover language and it’s used every day with every internal stakeholder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar degrees
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in a role focused on driving measurable business outcomes through experiments and cross-functional execution (e.g., Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Business Operations with a strong execution mandate).
- Highly analytical and independent: Proficient in using data to solve complex problems, not just for reporting, but for informing test hypotheses and quantifying impact.
- Experience in creating and running rapid, iterative experiments to validate business hypotheses (e.g., understanding experiment design, interpreting statistical significance).
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse teams across a matrixed organization and drive consensus toward critical decisions.
- Clear and structured communication style, both verbal and written, particularly in writing concise business cases and experiment results.
- Demonstrated commitment to a hands-on, learn-by-doing approach and comfort with ambiguity and continuous iteration.

- Experience working with software-related product and analytics teams
- Experience in online marketplaces
- Experience in one or more of the following countries: Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy
