About the role:
You are an Intern in the Process Owner Team to contribute to the implementation of various processes and tools in alignment with Criteo's Tech Stack strategy. You’ll be acting as a trusted partner to our internal clients and technical department, that is able to solve business problems using several methods. By leveraging your good understanding of CRM capabilities (the Salesforce platform) but just as importantly, your top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
With the ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence you will drive process (re)design throughout your project(s) and keep up with the north start of our longer-term business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with different levels of Criteo’s commercial organization to translate business needs and processes to solutions while prioritizing the identified requirements.
- Act a process owner by analyzing, reflecting on current CRM process, and propose actionable, out of the box solutions that enhance process adherence and improve functionality for Sales users and maximize their outputs with automation where possible.
- Develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams.
- Solve challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to leaders as needed.
- You have a strong business mindset, and a good understanding of how commercial teams operate. You have experience in a sales role, or a central strategic function such as sales / revenue operations or consulting.
- Analytical background gives you the ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing) and ability to liaise with and present to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple functions and teams (finance, product, internal IT…).
