Position Objective:
Execute transformational projects, initiatives, and programs, as well as to manage organizational change effectively.
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for managing projects, processes, and organizational change initiatives to drive successful outcomes and support strategic objectives. The role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective implementation of projects and change management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals, coordinating technical and non-technical teams across all project phases.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate successes and challenges, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
Process Management:
- Analyze, design, and optimize organizational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance overall organizational performance.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Provide direct support and coaching to managers and supervisors to assist their teams in navigating changes.
- Create actionable deliverables for change management levers, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in ERP and systems implementation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Change Management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or/and Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is a must.
