The Manager, Business Process plays a key role in advancing operational excellence across Stryker's Field Service Power organization. Reporting to the Director, Field Service, Power, this position leads process governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and field operations standardization to support efficient, scalable service delivery. The role partners across multiple functions to develop and implement processes, performance metrics, and improvement programs that support operational objectives and measurable business results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and govern a continuous improvement portfolio by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, driving implementation, and measuring adoption and business impact.

  • Design, develop, and deploy field operations processes focused on service delivery, inventory management, scheduling, visit execution, and process governance across the Power organization.

  • Manage strategic improvement projects by developing business cases, project charters, timelines, workplans, risk mitigation strategies, and leadership status reports.

  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor operational performance, including on-time service, scheduling rates, technician productivity, process adoption, and financial impact.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Training, Quality, Compliance, Finance, Information Technology, and Operations teams to support process improvements, field readiness activities, and new product launches.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, Field Operations, Service Operations, Supply Chain, or a related business function.

  • Experience managing projects using formal project management methodologies, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder governance, and performance tracking.

  • Experience using business analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives within field service, service delivery, or operational environments.

Preferred:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading process design, process improvement, standardization, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and/or APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

  • Experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or similar field operations, customer relationship management, or enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Experience within the medical device industry.
