Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct comprehensive reviews, analyses, and reengineering of business processes and provide DoW subject matter expertise
Ingest and validate process artifacts and models.
Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify opportunities for process automation, improvement, and increased efficiency and auditability and provide advice and recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors, to ensure accurate process capture, validate requirements and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Identify and address gaps between current processes and solution capabilities, recommending alternatives to fill these gaps.
Leverage Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to develop process models, capture business rules, decision logic, exception handling, and end-to-end process flows.
Support the implementation of reengineered processes and participate in user experience reviews, testing, training, and change management efforts to promote adoption of standardized processes and tools.
Monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of reengineered processes using established KPIs and other metrics.
Qualifications:
Required:
Secret security clearance or US Citizen with ability to successfully pass Tier 1 investigation to obtain Secret clearance upon hire
Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation & Logistics, mathematics, statistics, business, law, computer science, engineering, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology
7+ years of general experience in Business Process Reengineering, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving or in a related area
4+ years of in-depth functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and DoD Transportation Systems
2+ years of general knowledge of Defense Transportation System regulations and the DOTMLPF-P framework
Experience with process mapping and analysis tools
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a team member in a diverse group to include government and military personnel
Strong analytical, communication (oral and written), problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and reporting
Desired:
Secret security Clearance
Track record of successful large-scale system transformations or modernization efforts
General knowledge of SAP and ERP
Familiar with Agile methodologies

The proposed salary range for this position is:
