SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Business Process & Compliance Manager, will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Jotun Saudia. The role ensures alignment and supporting strategic business objectives. This position plays a key role in sustainability development, internal audit leadership, and cross‑departmental process optimization.
The position is under short term assignment, based in Riyadh and reports to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to document, map, and archive business processes for long‑term organizational knowledge.

  • Initiate, drive, and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives across segments to standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Identify value‑chain opportunities by working closely with segment functions to support business model development aligned with Saudi market trends and national expectations.

  • Continuously develop and enhance the internal audit function to ensure strong governance and risk management.

  • Lead the process function by implementing, monitoring, and improving procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

  • Develop and maintain a sustainability framework and dynamic presentation package for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Relevant experience in business process and compliance function.

  • Fluency in English – both verbal and written.
