SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Business Process & Compliance Manager, will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Jotun Saudia. The role ensures alignment and supporting strategic business objectives. This position plays a key role in sustainability development, internal audit leadership, and cross‑departmental process optimization.The position is under short term assignment, based in Riyadh and reports to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to document, map, and archive business processes for long‑term organizational knowledge.
Initiate, drive, and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives across segments to standardize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify value‑chain opportunities by working closely with segment functions to support business model development aligned with Saudi market trends and national expectations.
Continuously develop and enhance the internal audit function to ensure strong governance and risk management.
Lead the process function by implementing, monitoring, and improving procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with local regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Develop and maintain a sustainability framework and dynamic presentation package for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant experience in business process and compliance function.
Fluency in English – both verbal and written.
