We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist to join our growing operations team and help us scale our internal systems with efficiency and innovation in mind. You will be at the forefront of shaping how teams work by developing intelligent, automated workflows that support productivity and cross-functional collaboration. From optimizing internal processes to building no-code automations and integrating tools like Jira, Slack, n8n, and Make, your work will directly impact how we move and grow as a company.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve business processes through scalable, automated solutions
- Build and maintain workflow automations using n8n and Make, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Administer and tailor Jira projects, including advanced automation and customization
- Integrate Slack with internal tools and design intelligent workflow automations for enhanced team collaboration
- Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align process enhancements with team and business goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, and general automation practices
- Solid understanding of Jira, including project configuration and automation features
- Practical experience with Slack integrations and workflow setup
- Familiarity with process flow mapping and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to streamline and improve operations
- English level: Intermediate or higher
