Job Title: Business Process Associate

Location: Manesar-Gurgaon, HR
Work Mode: On-site Only / 5 Days from Office
Shift: Rotational (General, Evening & Night / 7 days Operation Support)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Support Associate to join our back-end operations team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing inbound/outbound communications, process documentation, and operational support. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to external inquiries as well as internal inquiries related to operational processes, travel, EHS, and support requests. Initiate outbound calls or notifications for follow-ups and escalations.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
  • Perform routine administrative and customer service tasks using prescribed procedures.
  • Log and escalate operational issues; draft detailed reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data for analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Share knowledge with peers and actively participate in eliminating knowledge gaps.
  • Stay updated on process changes and new functionalities to ensure proactive support readiness.
  • Participate in regular reviews, contribute ideas for issue resolution, and provide necessary updates.
  • Maintain and update process documents, escalation matrices, and contact rosters in compliance with internal standards.
  • Cleanse and standardize data to ensure quality and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize enterprise platforms and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Generate periodic reports on operational trends, system performance, and compliance metrics. Support audits and executive reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Required Skills

  • Experience working in rotational shifts, including night and evening shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate using the English language
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • High computer literacy and adaptability to new software and mobile applications.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve straightforward issues within defined processes.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment (multi-cultural, multi-functional, remote settings).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
