Position Summary:

The S&OP & Integrated Business Planning Managerserves as the critical bridge between sales, operations, and finance. You will lead the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand with supply while performing deep margin and cost analysis to ensure all operational plans drive maximum profitability. 

Key Responsibilities

  • S&OP Leadership: Facilitate the monthly Sales and Operations Planning cycle ensuring consensus between sales forecasts and production capacity.
  • Integrated Forecasting: Develop rolling 12–18-month demand and supply forecasts, integrating market trends, seasonality, and promotional activity.
  • Margin & Profitability Analysis: Conduct rigorous margin analysis on product portfolios, customer segments, and new product launches to identify profit leaks and optimization opportunities.
  • Financial Alignment: Translate unit-based operational plans into financial P&L impact, ensuring alignment with annual budgets and quarterly targets.
  • Process Optimization: Use Business Process Analysis methodologies (like Lean or Six Sigma) to identify bottlenecks in the "quote-to-cash" workflow and streamline data flow between ERP and financial systems.
  • Scenario Planning: Perform "what-if" modeling to assess the financial impact of supply chain disruptions, pricing changes, or capacity constraints. 

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • Experience defining and communicating business requirements
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects quickly and efficiently 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • High attention to detail

Position Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required
  • 7 plus years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain management will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain management, package profitability analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP and planning software.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional consensus and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Experience with chassis allocation planning is a plus.
  • Experience with Gross Margin Analysis
  • KPI metrics tracking

             

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Office Environment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
