Hiring: Business Process Analyst
I’m Roman Dlir, Head of Telia Global Services Lithuania, and I’m currently looking for a Business Analyst to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be a part of a team devoted to end-to-end process excellence across the organization by leading process optimization, standardization, nearshoring transitions, and consolidated automation/AI initiatives, ensuring efficient, scalable, and well-documented operations. It combines hands-on process analysis and project management with strong stakeholder consulting to identify bottlenecks, quantify benefits, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, risk, and service continuity.
What you’ll do:
- Map and analyze E2E processes (as-is/to-be) to identify bottlenecks, waste, and risks.
- Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for simplification, standardization, transformation, and automation.
- Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of automated solutions aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and value delivered by automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption.
- Facilitate process workshops and improvement sprints.
- Together with business stakeholders develop documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices for process improvements and automation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support process transitions, transformations, and automation initiatives at Telia competency hub - Telia Global Services Lithuania.
What will help you thrive in this role:
The suitable candidate is a proactive, strategic and analytical professional with a strong focus on continuous improvements and data-driven solutions. Strong stakeholder management, a structured approach, and solid problem-solving skills are also key attributes for the role.
- Experience in business process improvement (process analysis and management, operational excellence, automation, or digital transformation) in a corporate or international environment.
- Strong end-to-end process analysis, mapping (BPMN) and optimization skills, with a Lean mindset (bottlenecks, waste, root-cause analysis).
- Ability to identify and drive optimization and automation opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Good understanding of HRIS / ERP-enabled processes.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Fluent English (written and spoken, B2+).
- Experience with automation tools is a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3250-3910Eur (gross) plus annual bonus, depending on results achieved.
