Hive Group is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide targeted expertise supporting strategic workforce initiatives and business process improvement. This role supports policy alignment, organizational development, and human capital strategies to enhance healthcare delivery and readiness within the Military Health System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in IM/IT strategic planning, human capital, and workforce development.
- Analyze, recommend, and support improvements to business processes and organizational efficiency.
- Contribute to manpower assessments, organizational alignment, and performance initiatives.
- Draft recommendations, reports, and plans to address operational challenges and strategic priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders to support decision-making and transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience providing strategic consulting or subject matter expertise in DoD or federal environments.
- Deep understanding of military healthcare systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
